Performer Application Instructions
Online Applications
Complete all required fields and submit your application online.
There is no application fee for performers.
Your application will be reviewed after it is received.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
You will be contacted once your application has been approved or if additional information is needed.
Your participation is not fully confirmed until your application has been approved and your performance schedule has been assigned.
Printed and Mailed Applications
If you prefer, you may print and mail your completed application.
There is no fee to apply.
Applications received without all required information may be delayed. You will be contacted after your application has been reviewed. Please keep a copy of your completed application for your records.
